Homegrown started as a dream to embrace and celebrate everything Colorado. Homegrown features fresh homemade food in an environment that echoes the history and culture of Colorado. Everyday at Homegrown we cherish what makes Colorado unique. Each Homegrown features only the best local beers, materials that are found all over Colorado and the west, and flavors that put a twist on traditional Italian Trattorias.

Jean-Philippe Failyau and Peter Newlin met years ago at the original Park Burger. Their visions aligned with the creation of Homegrown. Peter an adventurer who is always getting himself into sketchy situations from the raft to the slopes, wanted to create an environment that embraced the passions of Colorado residents and visitors. That's why, when you walk into a homegrown you are destined to see ski lifts, and artifacts that celebrate the history and culture of Colorado. Failyau creates the menu, with flavors that embrace the seasonality of the high rockies while holding true to the principles he has learned throughout his career in Italian cooking. Hospitality means everything to them, and both are willing to do anything to make your experience one you will remember.
